I do not know where to start, from the collapsable sidebar units or the beautiful post date, or the lovely intorduction in the header. THe blog has navagational links on the top right, an image floating on the left for the blog title.
Comes with social bookmarking links neatly placed at the bottom of the post, take a look at the footer. The grass and the trees, a widget to hold your fliker pictures and recent posts and then another cool footer announcment section and a jump to the top link is provided as well.
To change the image in the header you have to search for "http://img522.imageshack.us/img522/8227/logoom3.png" and replace it with your image url.There will be a widget content file in the zip to give you more instructions, if you need more help you can visit Jacky's link at the top of the page.
